With a life long obsession for horses, if Kirsten isn't working with numbers, the stable yard is where you will find her.
Her passion for horses was what initially guided her towards a career in accountancy, with huge dreams of becoming a Finance Director at 18 years old.
Doubted by others, she pushed on and nearly 15 years later, Kirsten has gained fundamental knowledge and experience, helping every business she's touched to improve, grow, work more efficiently and save £'s along the way!
Having completed her CIMA studies and successfully gaining her chartered status back in July 2022. Kirsten has continued to grow as an accountant and decided to embark on the journey of 'The Advisory Effect' helping to turn micro to SME Business' around, from overtrading and from the brink of administration.
Alongside Horses, helping business owners to grow and see their company's endless potential is what Kirsten loves to do.
There's no better feeling than predicting an outcome and seeing the vision through to fruition.
Kirsten also has a wonderful and supportive partner Lee, which they share two beautiful dogs, a Border Collie called Oscar and Sven, the Sprocker Spaniel. With three horses; Ali, Bea and Duende. Oh and we can't forget the main boss, the cat, Leia.
